"Mexico's celebration for when dead relatives, both young and old, are allowed to return to the mortal world for two days to visit loved ones. Spirits coming down and walking among the living, sampling earthly treats and joining in the festival." For those interested in this popular Mexican holiday, they can read about the celebration, customs, and find places that are having festivals.

Mexican Travel 365 - Road Junky Tips

Mexican Travel 365Thank you for stopping by Mexican Travel 365! If you are thinking of traveling to Mexico on vacation soon you should know that there are many travel websites that want to give you helpful tips to remember.

At www.roadjunky.com/guide/427/mexican-travel-tips you will find a website that gives you many tips to know when traveling to the country of Mexico.

Here is an excerpt from their website:

"Being so close to the USA, Mexico receives masses of tourism but is fortunately large enough to absorb it without losing too much of its character. It's been a backpacker destination since the 50's and 60's when everyone from Jack Kerouac to the Furry Freak Brothers headed south in search of Acapulco Gold. With a brave new world of backpackers wandering around on their Gap Years, Mexico isn't quite as freaky a travel destination as it used to be but still there's magic to be found. The trouble is that most people arrive in Mexico
expecting to find tequila, sombreros and Speedy Gonzales. Tourists flock to the grand plazas to sip mescal in grand ballrooms where they'll be serenaded by gangs of mariachi singers and called 'senor'."
